   2018 Groundswell report (3 regions) high-end was ~143 million; 216 million is from the 2021 follow-up

   Before

   Body text was already correctly fixed to read: "...projected between 31 million and 143 million internal climate migrants by 2050..." BUT the FAQ field still said: "Rigaud et al.'s 2018 World Bank 'Groundswell' report... projected between 31 million and 216 million such migrants by 2050 across sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and Latin America..."

   Corrected the FAQ to read: "Rigaud et al.'s 2018 World Bank 'Groundswell' report... projected between 31 million and 143 million such migrants by 2050 across sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and Latin America..."

   Why: The body text fix (143 million high-end figure from the 2018 Groundswell 3-region report, not the 216 million figure from the 2021 follow-up) had landed correctly, but the stale 216 million figure survived in the invisible FAQ (JSON-LD) field. Fixed the FAQ to match the corrected body text and verified via re-fetch that no stale 216 million figure remains anywhere in the post.
