   Article cited a 2023 Forrester Research report titled 'The Total Economic Impact of Workflow Automation' with a specific hours-saved figure that could not be verified (Forrester's real automation studies use different metrics), a HubSpot 2023 State of Marketing finding about lead-to-opportunity conversion that could not be verified, a QuickBooks 2022 'State of Small Business Cash Flow' report with a specific figure that could not be verified (QuickBooks' real research uses different titles and figures), and misdated Wyzowl's real customer-loyalty-from-onboarding statistic to 2023 when it actually originates from a 2020 survey, while pairing it with a companion statistic that could not be verified.

   Removed the Forrester report reference and specific figure, replacing them with an accurately hedged general statement about vendor-commissioned automation studies. Removed the HubSpot statistic while preserving the accurate underlying principle about automation reducing lead-response latency.
