    Finland's standard VAT rate (ALV) has been 25.5 percent since 1 September 2024, not 24 percent. This also contradicts the companion article (Nordic Trade Fairs English-Default Guide), which correctly states Finland's rate as 25.5 percent. Finland's standard VAT rate (ALV) was raised from 24 percent to 25.5 percent effective 1 September 2024; the 24 percent figure is outdated.
