    Devoción coffee (the Colombian-sourced Brooklyn roaster) was founded by Steven Sutton in 2006, and its Williamsburg Brooklyn cafe opened in 2014, not 2017 as stated. This is a real company with an altered founding date. Birch Coffee, founded by Jeremy Lyman and Paul Schlader, opened its first shop in 2009, not 2008.
