requires 36 months of project management experience (or 24 months with a four-year degree), 35 hours of PM education
+requires 36 months of project management experience with a four-year degree (or 60 months without a four-year degree), 35 hours of PM education

Why this is better

PMI actually requires MORE experience without a four-year degree (60 months), not less; the original article had the relationship backwards. Verified the live article body already reflects the corrected figures. The article's faq field does not mention the PMP experience requirement at all, so no secondary fix was needed there.
