Why this is better

The 22/20 ARTCC count, AT-SA rename, and dedicated ATC medical exam were correctly fixed at their primary locations, but two secondary leftover mentions of the retired 'AT-SAT' test name remained further down in the body text ('the AT-SAT tests cognitive skills that are not easily trained' and 'improves performance on the AT-SAT'). Fixed both remaining instances to 'AT-SA' so the retired test name no longer appears anywhere in the article. No issues found in FAQ.
