Updated the Startup Voucher program terms from a stale EUR 691.70 over 12 months (2019-2022 figure) to the current EUR 900 over 9 months plus prizes (2025-2026 edition), and corrected a citation misattributing the SIFIDE II R&D tax incentive's creating law to "Law 162/2014" (actually a later consolidating decree) instead of the true originating law, Lei 55-A/2010.
Why this is better
The Startup Voucher figures were stale 2019-2022 vintage (EUR 691.70/12 months) rather than the current 2025-2026 edition of the program (EUR 900/9 months plus milestone prizes).
