Why this is better

Removed an unverified quote attributed to Dr. Robert Bjork containing an embedded unverified '50-200% retention advantage' statistic, and corrected a set of Ebbinghaus forgetting-curve figures (40%/60%/75%/90%) that contradicted the different, already-fact-checked figures used for the same concept in the sibling article how-long-term-memory-works-certification-study.md. Also corrected the same unverified statistic where it had leaked into the post's excerpt and meta description fields.
